Gorok's spawns are spread very far across the zone so the best way to catch him up would be to have people watching at each spawn point so they can alert the zone. Like most of the other lower level zone mount rares, he appears to have a 7-8 hour respawn timer that is not affected by server restarts. Gorok is a level 93 elite and does not have much health. This rare is a grey boar with no armor and drops a mount in his likeness.
